4.2 Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep that information up to date at all times. n99game is not responsible for losses arising from outdated contact or payment information provided by the Player.
4.3 Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. n99game will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to adequately secure your credentials.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, n99game will require the Player to complete KYC verification. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.5 Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting n99game Support via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. 5.1 Currency: All transactions on n99game are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted. Any foreign currency received will be converted at the Operator's prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from the interbank rate.

5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to Players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) deposited using their own verified payment method; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
5.6 Withdrawal Processing Times: Verified withdrawal requests to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. 6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse: n99game employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using VPNs or proxy services to claim geo-restricted bonuses; exploiting technical errors to obtain bonus credit not legitimately earned; and placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to reduce wagering risk whilst fulfilling requirements. Detected abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.4 Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. n99game does not provide extensions or reinstatements of expired bonuses.
6.5 n99game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, and to disqualify any Player from a promotion for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on n99game are subject to the specific game or sports betting rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform.
7.2 Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the n99game system. Confirmation will be displayed on screen and recorded in your Account transaction history. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet will be considered void and any staked funds returned to your Account Balance.
7.3 Manifest Errors: n99game reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or with game parameters that were published in error due to human error, software malfunction, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account. n99game will not honour winnings derived from manifest errors.
7.4 PSL & Cricket Markets: Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and ODIs — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. Match abandonment, rain interruptions, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments are handled in accordance with those rules.
7.5 In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to a delay for data verification. n99game reserves the right to suspend or restrict in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

8.4 21+ Policy Enforcement: n99game takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any Balance in such an Account will be withheld and, if deposited funds are confirmed as belonging to an underage user, will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on n99game and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 Where n99game reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in a prohibited activity, n99game may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Account; withhold or void any pending withdrawal; reverse any winnings derived from the prohibited activity; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
10.1 All content on the n99game Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.4 n99game is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures; device malfunctions; third-party payment provider delays or errors; or any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or pandemic-related disruption.
